Headlining the bill are Beyonce, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Solange, Empire of the Sun, Queens of the Stone Age, Deadmau5, and more. Jay Z apparently will not be performing, although he did recently release an album, which also came with a conspicuous product tie-in.
