Twin Shadow unveils UK tour dates, shares new song "I'm Ready"

Twin Shadow, AKA George Lewis Jr., has unveiled a brace of UK tour dates for May, and a new video for latest single "I'm Ready".
"I'm Ready" is taken from Lewis' upcoming Eclipse LP, and he will be touring Manchester and London to celebrate its release.
Eclipse is due out 16 March digitally, and 18 May physically.
