Tom was originally set for a footballing career and played for Bedford Park Tigers, Luton Town and Stevenage before music beckoned. He's got a busy week ahead of him; debut album Lighting Matches is released today and next week he's planning to play a series of small towns in an attempt for the Guinness World Record of most gigs played in 12 hours.
