The Weeknd announces new single "Take My Breath"
After teasing the start of his new era, The Weeknd has announced his forthcoming single "Take My Breath", which will be unveiled on Friday (6 August).
Yesterday (2 August) The Weeknd gave fans a taster of his upcoming music by sharing a generous snippet on socials, and today (3 August) he's followed it up with the announcement of new single "Take My Breath".
The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, announced the new single with a clip featuring the Tokyo Olympics USA Women’s Track & Field team. The new clip features the same instrumentation from yesterday's snippet.
