The Maccabees’ Felix White will perform with Foals at Mercury Prize awards show
Felix White of The Maccabees has stepped in to play guitar for Foals at the 2019 Mercury Prize awards show tomorrow night (19 September) after Yannis Philippakis sliced his hand on a knife.
Foals drummer Jack Bevan revealed on his Instagram Stories that Felix White will be playing guitar with Foals tomorrow night at London's Eventim Apollo for the 2019 Mercury Prize awards show.
The group have beeen nominated for this year's Mercury Prize award for their Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 1 album that landed in March.
Felix White was called in last minute after vocalist Yannis Philipakkis sliced his hand open with a knife earlier this week.

Last week Foals revealed the tracklist for their second album of the year, Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 2.
