SZA has landed her first acting role

SZA has revealed that she's got her first acting role, but is yet to share what project she'll be appearing in.

As Hot New Hip Hop reports, SZA has shared that she'll be making her acting debut in the future. SZA confirmed the news last Friday (17 December) with an image of a celebratory cake congratulating the "record breaker and fire actress."

Over the image, SZA wrote, "Can't believe I got the part I wanted. She's an actress."

Later, she said of the cake, "Lmao thank y’all ! And before y’all start somebody BOUGHT me this cake . It’s a sweet gesture n i was being appreciative ."

It's not yet known what SZA will be making her acting debut in.

Earlier this month SZA released her SoundCloud track "I Hate U" on streaming services.
