
Sharon Van Etten to release new short film Departure this week
Sharon Van Etten has announced that she'll be releasing a new short film titled Departure this week.
The new film is directed by Josh Goleman, and is largely focused around a live session that was recorded on Sharon Van Etten's last day in New York.
According to Pitchfork, the short film includes a performance of Remind Me Tomorrow track "Seventeen", featuring Norah Jones.
Announcing Departure on Twitter, Van Etten wrote, "I'm so happy to be able to share my story with all of you in this way. Departure will be out this Thursday via Amazon Music."

Van Etten released her most recent album, Remind Me Tomorrow, in January.
Earlier this month she joined Jeff Golblum on a cover of Irving Berlin's "Let’s Face The Music And Dance".
