Samia is back with news of her upcoming EP Scout, and has unveiled "Show Up" as the first outing.
"Show Up" is the first taster of Samia's new four-track EP, and marks her first new release since featuring on Field Medic's "bundle of hyacinths" track that appeared on his 2020 album Floral Prince.
Scout will be Samia's first new collection of tracks since last August's debut album The Baby, and will feature a cover of When In Rome's "The Promise" with Jelani Aryeh.
Samia says of the EP, "It feels like a part two -- it's The Baby's slightly older sister letting her know that everything is gonna be alright."
Tracklist:
- As You Are
- Show Up
- Elephant
- The Promise (feat. Jelani Aryeh)
"Show Up" is out now. Samia's Scout EP will land digitally on 23 July (physical copies will follow on 13 August) via Grand Jury, and is available to pre-order now.
