RY X returns with new track "YaYaYa", announces huge London show for next year
Soothing singer/songwriter RY X reveals another slice of his sophomore album with new track "YaYaYa", and announces a huge headline show in London for next year.
"YaYaYa" is the third offering to be revealed from RY X's second album Unfurl, after "Untold" and "Bound".
RY X's Unfurl will follow on from his 2016 debut record Dawn.
Speaking about the forthcoming release, RY X explains, “I think my mission statement was simply to remain vulnerable and to capture that within this album. The inspirations change each time, and I always want to allow that process to be free, to draw on new ideas and sounds and instrumentation. But what feels consistently important to me is keeping a sense of rawness and honesty in the work."
On the recording process, he adds Unfurl was, "quite deeply a solo process. I am looking forward to opening up my process more as I grow. But I know I make the work most connects to my heart when I do it alone.”
As well as revealing new track "YaYaYa", RY X has announced his biggest London headline performance to date, which will happen on 14 October 2019 at Royal Albert Hall. He will be touring the UK in February 2019. Find out more.
