Rufus Wainwright to play Mouth Of The Tyne festival in July

Rufus Wainwright tops the list of new additions to this year's Mouth Of The Tyne festival.
Wainwright will play the Playhouse in Whitley Bay. Tickets will be available from 9am Friday 8 May, right here.
The festival, now in its 11th year, will take play 8-12 July in locations around Tynemouth.
Family activities, food and drink, arts and crafts, surfing and myriad performers will also be at the festival.
Other names confirmed for the festival include The Specials, I Am Kloot and Martha Reeve and The Vandellas. For more information, including the full lineup, head here.
