Rina Sawayama delivers new album title-track "Hold The Girl"
Rina Sawayama has released the title-track from her forthcoming second album Hold The Girl as the third outing from the record.
After previewing her second album with "Catch Me In The Air" and "This Hell", Sawayama has released the album's title-track as the third single.
""Hold The Girl" was the first song I wrote for the record at the end of 2020," Sawayama explained. "I had gone to therapy and had a revelation, so I decided to write this song...that was the start of it. I was crying before going into the studio to write about it."
Hold The Girl will follow her 2020 debut album SAWAYAMA, and was written and recorded over the last year and a half with help from Clarence Clarity, Lauren Aquilina, Paul Epworth (Adele, Florence & the Machine), Stuart Price (Dua Lipa, The Killers, Madonna) and Marcus Andersson (Demi Lovato, Ashnikko).
