Pumarosa return with eerie dance track "Heaven"
Pumarosa are back with new single "Heaven", the second to be shared from their forthcoming album Devastation.
"Heaven" follows on from July's lead single "Fall Apart", and will feature on the FIFA 20 soundtrack.
Speaking about the new offering, vocalist Isabel Munoz-Newsome says it is, in many ways, "a love song. It's sadness and longing. When you don't want it to end. In a weightless place, suspended out of time. I guess that's just where you find yourself sometimes. And all you want is for the love to stay. Don't go! I guess "Heaven" has this celestial feel to it though, I can see outer space when I sing it and hear the music. Colours and points of light in endless darkness. Aching!"
Pumarosa's second album is produced by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Swans), and sees contributions from Tool's bassist Justin Chancellor. It will follow on from their 2017 debut The Witch.
