Poppy has delivered new single "Her", which she described as "one of the most significant songs... to me".
"Her" is Poppy's first new outing since surprise-releasing her EAT (NXT Soundtrack) EP earlier this month.
When announcing the single a few days ago, Poppy revealed that "it's one of the most significant songs... to me.. as a Poppy", and added, "Its 2 yrs old but still as important to me as it was the day I wrote it."
The new song is produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen (M83, Air, St. Vincent), and saw Poppy and her band record live to tape.
On top of releasing her EAT (NXT Soundtrack) EP this year, Poppy covered Jack Off Jill's "Fear of Dying" last month.
