Paul McCartney announces first live UK dates in three years
The legendary Paul McCartney has announced three live dates across the UK which will coincide with the release of his new album Egypt Station.
The former Beatle will go from Liverpool to Glasgow, and then to London in his short stint of UK dates.
His new album Egypt Station will be his first in five years, and was announced last month with two singles "I Don't Know" and "Come On To Me".
McCartney's new UK shows will be his first since his 2015 Out There world tour, which he brought to London and Birmingham.
The Freshen Up tour will commence in Canada before coming to the UK.
“There’s nothing like performing in front of your home crowd," Paul McCartney explains, "especially when it’s been a while. I can’t wait to finish the year on such a high by partying in Liverpool, Glasgow and London. We’ve freshened up the show since our last time round and we are excited to get to play some of our new songs along side some of the favourites.”
