Para Alta swim against the tide on defiant new track "Blue Collared Mind"
Hartlepool quartet Para Alta return with endearing new single "Blue Collared Mind".
Returning with their first single of the year, Para Alta's "Blue Collared Mind" sees the four-piece wanting to break out of Hartlepool's working class structure.
The new track follows on from 2018's "Turn The Lights Out", and "Dusk".
Frontman Jonny Bee expands on the new single, ""Blue Collared Mind" is about life through the eyes of the working class, about how industry influences a certain way of thinking. Our hometown’s going through tough times at the moment, people we know are struggling, and we wanted to write about that. This song is about battling with your morals and the pursuit of a life you don’t want to lead."
Para Alta's retrospective Greatest Hits compilation of their "best bangers from the last eight years" will land on 29 March, released on 12" with the help of PRSF, Key Productions, Metropolis Studios and Music Glue.
