
Orville Peck, John Grant, aYia, and more announced for Iceland Airwaves 2019
Iceland Airwaves has announced some new names for this year's event, including Orville Peck, John Grant, aYia, and more.
Cautious Clay, Snapped Ankles, Just Mustard, W.H. Lung, Tiny Ruinz, Æ Mak, Pillow Queens, Akkan, and Helge are the latest international artists to be heading to Reykjaviík this autumn.
Iceland Airwaves has also added some new homegrown talent to its 2019 lineup, including Agent Fresco, Biggi Veira, Bríet, Axel Flóvent, Sykur, Bagdad Brothers, Blóðmör, Ásta, Konfekt, Krassasig, and Morpholith.

The new names will join Whitney, Mac DeMarco, Of Monsters and Men, Girl in Red, Anna Of The North, Shame, Georgia, Vök, JFDR, Mammút, and many others in the Icelandic capital.
The 21st edition of the Icelandic festival is set to welcome over 6000 international attendees to the capital this year. Last year's 20th birthday extravaganza saw performances from Soccer Mommy, Nadine Shah, Aurora, Not3s, Blood Orange, and many more.
