Chicago's NNAMDÏ has signed to Secretly Canadian, and has announced his forthcoming album Please Have A Seat with the first single "I Don’t Wanna Be Famous".
"I Don't Wanna Be Famous" is NNAMDÏ's first outing since last year's Are You Happy EP with Lynyn, and lands with a Austin Vesely-directed video.
Please Have A Seat is written, produced and performed by NNAMDÏ, and will follow his 2020 album BRAT.
"I realised I never take time to just sit and take in where I’m at," NNAMDÏ explained. "It’s just nice to not be on ‘Go, Go, Go!’ mode, and reevaluate where I wanted to go musically. I wanted to be present."
