
Multi-instrumentalist Louis Cole drops the playful "Phone" ahead of album release
"Phone" is the last track to be revealed before Louis Cole's album Time drops on 10 August.
Cole's latest single to be revealed from his third album Time is "Phone", which follows on from "When You’re Ugly" and "Things".
The Thundercat collaborator continues with his light-hearted melodies in "Phone", and explains, “This song is about someone picking up their phone. It gets deeper than that though. I don't wanna over explain it. It looks at it from all sides. Also the groove is reeeeeeaaaal nice”.
Taken as the final single to be revealed from his third album Time which drops tomorrow, and is the first album to be released through Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder Records.
Thundercat, Brad Mehldau, Dennis Hamm and Genevieve Artadi are featured as collaborators on the album.
