Missed Frank Ocean's bizarre woodwork tutorial? Catch up here
If you've not been able to be glued to Frank Ocean's (not-quite-a) livestream all week, here's a super handy summary.
Frank's long-awaited new LP Boys Don't Cry is expected today, but all we've had so far is a big ol' load of nothin'. We're idiots, really, expecting much more from Frank at this stage. It's been years... will we ever learn?
Reddit user kakamaus has been following the shenanigans since they began earlier this week ("July 32nd"). Apparently Frank's building a spiral staircase, and there's been new music but not actual 'songs', per se.
During the week-long troll, kakamaus has been through the emotional gamut. Highlights include the crushing disappointment bestowed by Zane Lowe ("The big premiere... was a (really bad) cover of Bohemian Rhapsody by Panic! At The Disco. He even played that twice!"), a rundown of Frank's band shirts, and "literally watching paint dry."
'Join' in on the whole 'saw'-did tale on Reddit.
Boys Don't Cry is released Marchtember Oneteenth. While you wait, check out our list of Frank Ocean's Best Tracks.
