Miley Cyrus to cover Britney Spears, Pearl Jam and more for new MTV Unplugged set
Miley Cyrus is due to perform an MTV Unplugged set from her own backyard next week, and will cover songs by Britney Spears, Pearl Jam and more.
MTV Unplugged Presents Miley Cyrus Backyard Sessions is part of MTV's ongoing Unplugged At Home series, which the network started shortly after the coronavirus pandemic started in Spring.
Cyrus' MTV Unplugged set will be her first since 2014, and will see her cover Britney Spears' "Gimme More", as well as other tracks by Pearl Jam, The Cardigans and more.
On top of performing covers, Cyrus will play her own tracks, including her August single "Midnight Sky".
Last week Cyrus made her cover of Blondie's "Heart Of Glass" available on streaming platforms. She performed the Blondie song at the virtual iHeartRadio Festival 2020.
