Matty Healy of The 1975 decided to kiss a male fan during their show in Dubai last night (14 August) despite the anti-LGBTQ laws.
Homosexuality laws in Dubai imposes imprisonment of up to 10 years.
Despite the strict laws, Matty Healy headed up to the front barrier during their performance of "Loving Someone" to kiss a male fan on the lips after he proposed to Healy.

After the show last night, Healy wrote on Twitter, "Thank you Dubai you were so amazing. I don’t think we’ll be allowed back due to my ‘behaviour’ but know that I love you and I wouldn’t have done anything differently given the chance again."
He added, "But who knows maybe they will let me back in let’s just wait and see :)"
