Matador tease new Stephen Malkmus project Groove Denied
Stephen Malkmus' label Matador have shared a teaser for his new project Groove Denied.
Barely a year on from Malkmus and The Jicks' Sparkle Hard record, the former Pavement frontman delivers a new teaser to his next project, Groove Denied.
Last week saw a new Instagram account set up for Groove Denied featuring a staggered cover broken up into nine tiles, with each one delivering a snippet of some new Malkmus sounds.
Now Matador, Malkmus' label, have shared another teaser, this time with Malkmus performing a section of a new track, which seems to have a similar instrumental as some of the tiles on the Groove Denied Instagram.
