Manic Street Preachers have teamed up with Gwenno for a new version of their "Spectators of Suicide" song, which marks the release of Heavenly Recordings' new book Believe in Magic: 30 Years of Heavenly Recordings.
"Spectators of Suicide" was originally released in 1992 via Heavenly Recordings, and featured on the band's debut album Generation Terrorists. This week the band debuted a new version of the song which features fellow Welsh musician Gwenno.
The updated version with Gwenno was premiered on BBC 6 Music ahead of the release of Robin Turner's new book Believe in Magic: 30 Years of Heavenly Recordings, which comes out on Thursday (12 November).
Turner shared a handwritten lyric sheet of the song by Nicky Wire to coincide with premiere of the updated version of "Spectators of Suicide".
