Lou Doillon unveils the second single from Soliloquy album, "It's You", featuring Cat Power.

In December 2018, Charlotte Gainbourg's half-sister Lou Doillon revealed new single "Burn", and later revealed details of her third album Soliloquy.

The new album was revealed to be the first where Doillon worked with multiple producers in different studios, including Chan Marshall of Cat Power, and The Dø's Dan Levy.

Doillon's new single "It's You", is an acoustic duet featuring Cat Power.

Expanding on the new single, Doillon explains, "All my new songs used to live in an acoustic guitar as that’s how I wrote them. I did not want to turn away from that and thought that with a song featuring an acoustic guitar I should work with someone I admire. I sent Chan a message on Instagram and to my surprise she answered back straight away."

The new single is Cat Power's first feature since releasing her 2018 record Wanderer.

"It's You" is out now. Soliloquy lands 1 February. Lou Doillon tours France in April. Cat Power will tour Australia and North America before playing Latitude in July. Find out more.
