Lorde confirms 2021 comeback and shares "Solar Power" artwork
Lorde has confirmed that she's making her highly-anticipated comeback in 2021 alongside uploading the cover art for what appears to be an upcoming single titled "Solar Power".
Last night (7 June) Lorde updated her website with the cover art of what looks like her comeback single, titled "Solar Power".
She also confirmed her long-awaited return in the text underneath the artwork, which reads: "ARRIVING IN 2021 … PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE."
Jack Antonoff, who worked on Lorde's 2017 second album Melodrama, also shared the artwork on Instagram, hinting that he may have been involved.

Although Lorde is yet to announce a release date for "Solar Power" and confirm whether it's a single or album, the teaser follows last month's announcement that Lorde will headline one of the nights on the second weekend of Primavera Sound 2022.
In December last year Lorde revealed that her long-awaited third album does have a title, inspired by her 2019 Antarctica trip.
