Listen to new Lorde track "Yellow Flicker Beat"

New Zealand's pop monolith Lorde has dropped "Yellow Flicker Beat", the first track from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1.
Lorde reprises her breathy, slick electro-pop sound for the cut, but she embellishes it with melodramatic melodies and grandiose, empowering statements of intent. Whether it's indicative of her sound's evolution is difficult to ascertain, but if it is, pop's going to get a whole lot darker.
