Arcade Fire have shared their contribution to the recently announced Peter Gabriel covers album And I’ll Scratch Yours.
Their take on Gabriel’s 1980 signature track ‘Games Without Frontiers’ is revealed in a 40-second clip, which you can stream below.
The album is a response to Scratch My Back, which featured Gabriel’s cover of ‘My Body Is A Cage’ alongside versions of tracks by the likes of Bon Iver, Radiohead and David Byrne. Those artists are set to return the favour on And I’ll Scratch Yours, slated for a 23 September release.
Arcade Fire’s much anticipated fourth album is set to drop on 29 October.
