LEAF Festival to return in March 2015 at London's Tobacco Docks
LEAF 2015 returns almost entirely anew - fresh location, fresh date - but with core tenets intact. It will now be held at London's Tobacco Docks on 6-7 March 2015.
The two-day event will see a "cultural celebration of electronic live music performances, parties, installations, masterclasses, screenings and conversations."
Nile Rodgers has been confirmed to be giving an unmoderated, totally uncensored talk - he's not a fan of people telling him when to stop mid-sentence.
Also announced to be attending in various capacities are: Black Butter Records, DJ Harvey, RAM Records, Rob Da Bank, Luciano, Will & Charli Kennard/ELAM, Point Blank, DJ B-Traits, Tale Of Us, Sasha, DJ Harvey, Pan-Pot, Anja Schneiderjoined, Chris Liebing, Modeslektor (DJ) and Stefan Hinz (Live).
Speaking about the event, co-founder Rob Da Bank (clearly a man with many fingers in many pies), said:
“We’re delighted to present the second edition of LEAF – this time at Tobacco Dock, currently the hottest cultural venue in the capital. We feel LEAF will help re-focus the global importance of electronic music from the UK.”
