Kanye West samples Lauryn Hill in teaser for new song "Believe What I Say"
Kanye West has uploaded a snippet of a new song called "Believe What I Say" that includes a sample of a Lauryn Hill song.
In recent weeks Kanye West has been using social media to document his ongoing dispute with his record label, but over the weekend he decided to upload a teaser for a new song.
On Saturday (26 September), Kanye West shared a 38-second clip from his boat trip in Haiti with president Jovenel Moise. The video, captioned "BELIEVE WHAT I SAY (snippet)", features part of a new song that samples Lauryn Hill's "Doo Wop (That Thing)".
