Justin Laboy has claimed that Kanye West and Jay-Z will release Watch the Throne 2 later this year.
Following Kanye West's second Donda album listening event at Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium last night (5 August), Justin Laboy has claimed that West and Jay-Z are working on Watch the Throne 2, and they're planning to release later this year.
Watch the Throne will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Sunday (8 August), and this morning (6 August) Justin Laboy spoke about Watch the Throne 2 while responding to fans on Twitter. One user asked: "Are we getting a return of Throne project ??", leading Laboy to respond, "Watch The Throne 2 coming end of the year. Kanye & Hov about to make history AGAIN."

The claims come after speculation that Jay-Z teased Watch the Throne 2 during his verse on ye's Donda album. Jay-Z rapped: "Told him to stop all that red cap, we going home / Cannot be with all of these sins casting stones / This might be the return of The Throne, Throne / Hova and Yeezus like Moses and Jesus / You’re not in control of my thesis."
