Joanna Newsom has revealed that she is currently working on a follow-up to 2010's double album Have One On Me.
Newsom will feature in Paul Thomas Anderson's Inherent Vice, starring Joaquin Phoenix and more.
Speaking to Dazed in an interview about the film, she said:
“I’m working on something new – I should hopefully have a little more news soon. I’ve been working hard for a lot of those five years on a new idea.”
As yet there are no details confirmed, but fingers crossed this half-decade sans Newsom is drawing to an end.
