Jeff Tweedy soundtracks video for new photography project An Eclipse of Moths
Wilco's Jeff Tweedy has composed music to accompany a video showcasing Gregory Crewdson's new photography collection An Eclipse of Moths.
Crewdson’s An Eclipse of Moths project debuted last week at the Gagosian gallery in LA, and will run until 21 November.
The photographer released a video for An Eclipse of Moths last Friday (25 September), which is set to original music by Jeff Tweedy.
According to Pitchfork, Tweedy has also written the limited edition An Eclipse of Moths book.
Tweedy's contributions to Crewdson's new photography project arrives hot on the heels of Tweedy's Love Is The King solo album announcement. So far he's shared two tracks from the LP - "Guess Again" and "Love Is The King".
On top of his upcoming album, Tweedy is also releasing a new book next month titled How to Write One Song.
