Japanese Breakfast plays new material at End of the Road
Performing on End of the Road's Big Top stage, Japanese Breakfast played new song "2042" and a host of fan favourites.
As well as the new number, Japanese Breakfast rolled out numbers such as "Boyish", "Machinist", and "Everybody Wants To Love You".
"This is the last festival, and we fly to New York tomorrow," Michelle Zauner told us after the show. "We played Into The Great Wide Open the day before yesterday and then we spent all day yesterday driving from there. Two ferries and like, 11 hours in the car. It was brutal. And then we went to the pub for an hour."
"Roy just told me about the Wetherspoons app," Zauner adds. "Our friend bought us some terrible shots. Now that I know that, the next time I come to the UK I'm going to do that all the time - livestream: 'send us some shit!'"
