Izzy Bizu and D Double E hop on Jords' new track "Old School Flex"
South London's Jords is back with "Old School Flex", a new track featuring grime legend D Double E and Izzy Bizu.
After recruiting Masego and Kadiata on April's "Enemies", Jords has linked with D Double E and Izzy Bizu for his new outing, which he describes as his "ode to the 2000s."
Jords continues, "I want people to be able to travel through time whilst listening to this and be able to put themselves right in the middle of a sweaty garage rave - even if they’re listening to this song during a nice day party in the summer. I’m a man who lives for nostalgia, so to be able to create moments in time like this with legends like D Double E, are priceless. I remember the first time I heard Izzy Bizu: I envisioned her voice for a song like this, before it even existed. Making music with people you grew up listening to… you can’t describe that feeling."
Prior to "Old School Flex", Jords appeared on Star. One's "Won't Hold Back, Pt. 2" with SOULSTATE, and featured on the FaNaTiX remix of AWA's "24/7".
