Ivor Novello Rising Star winner Willow Kayne drops third single "Opinion"
Willow Kayne, the winner of this year's Ivor Novello Rising Star award, has shared her third release "Opinion".
Following the release of Kayne's second single "I Don’t Wanna Know" in July, the London-based, 2021 Ivor Novello Rising Star winner has dropped her third outing "Opinion".
Kayne says of the single, "I wrote "Opinion" last year after receiving childlike comments that people just insisted I had to know! There’s a strong playground theme in this song to remind those of how close to schoolyard drama it all sounds. I’m definitely one for airing out stupid comments I receive in my music, and this was just another opportunity to remind people of how childish it can sound sometimes. I'm fighting fire with fire!"
Last month, Kayne's debut release "Two Seater" featured on the FIFA 22 game soundtrack.
