It seems that Patti Smith might be playing Horses in full at Field Day 2015
Patti Smith has confirmed that plans are underfoot to celebrate the 40th anniversary of her seminal LP Horses, but now evidence seems to have seeped out that one of those celebrations will be at Field Day 2015.
DIY are reporting cryptic Field Day Twitter feed clues, including pictures of Redondo Beach, horses, the Birdland Performing Arts Center in Tribeca, NY, and the score to "Gloria", as well as lyric fragments from "We Have The Power". Seems a bit too much of a coincidence, doesn't it?
The London festival has already announced that Ride will headline as part of the 90s shoegazers' reunion tour.
Tickets for the event are available here.
