MGMT have shared a new teaser on socials meaning they could be about to drop new music.
The psych-pop group haven't released new music since last year's Little Dark Age album.
Last night (10 December), MGMT shared a 16-second clip of what looks like a transluscent bucket hat spinning to a new eerie instrumental.
They captioned the post: "Somehow it’s all the same", which could potentially be the title of a new single or album.

Back in July, Kid Cudi admitted he was tripping on acid when he was on stage with MGMT at Coachella in summer.
In April, MGMT's Andrew VanWyngarden collaborated with Connan Mockasin on four tracks for the Self Discovery For Social Survival film soundtrack.
