Iron and Wine and Calexico will reunite for Super Bock Super Rock 2019
Iron and Wine and Calexico will reunite for Super Bock Super Rock's 25th birthday celebrations this summer.
Sam Bean, better known as Iron and Wine, has announced a couple of shows this year where he will perform 2004's Our Endless Numbered Days to mark it's 15th anniversary.
Super Bock Super Rock 2019 will see Iron and Wine take to the stage with collaborators Calexico to perform tracks from their 2005 collaborative record In the Reins, marking their first live performance together in 14 years.
The two new additions join the likes of Masego, Cat Power, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Disclosure, Kaytranada, Superorganism, FKJ, The 1975, Metronomy, and Lana Del Rey.
Next year's festival is set to take place at Meco Beach in Sesimbra, which is south of Lisbon.
Last summer the Portugal music festival saw performances from The xx, Travis Scott, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, The Vaccines, Mahalia, and more. Check out what we did at the festival last year.
