IDER unveil the racy visuals for latest track "Pulse"
London-based duo IDER recently dropped terrific new track "Pulse", and now the song has an accompanying video.
Following on from the Best Fit-approved "Sorry", Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville cemented IDER's position as one the UK's most exciting new acts with their wonderful second track "Pulse". Now the track has an appropriately beguiling and sensual video to match.
Of the visuals, the duo said "we wanted the video to capture the feeling of falling head first for someone, like when you lose all control and let yourself go. That feeling of insanity yet total freedom when you let yourself be completely vulnerable...basically when someone gets your heart racing uncontrollably. That's the idea behind the song and the visuals."
"The director is a very talented mate of ours called Lewis Knaggs who went to school with Meg. We wanted to collaborate with him and this was the perfect opportunity. It was all very casual, hanging out and capturing some shots around where we live in north London. The lady and lad in the video are mates of ours - they're actually a couple who were happy to be captured mid make out. So we lucked out with that.”
IDER will be back with an eagerly-awaited third single in September.
