Holly Herndon announces new album Platform
Famed electro experimenter Holly Herndon has announced the release of her new album Platform.
Herndon's currently a doctoral canditate at Stanford's Centre for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA), nurturing her innate talent and passion for experimental music. She brings that exploratory nature to Platform, which she describes as "a rupture, a parasitic gesture".
The new album, the follow up to 2012's Movement, will feature previously released singles "Chorus" and "Home".
Platform is out via 4AD on 18 May.
