Headie One recruits AJ Tracey and Stormzy for new cut "Ain't It Different"
Headie One has unveiled his new AJ Tracey and Stormzy collaboration "Ain't It Different", which will feature on his forthcoming debut album Edna.
After teasing the huge single on socials over the past week, Headie One has finally dropped "Ain't It Different", which is accompanied by a clean visual directed by Taz Tron Delix.
The new single is a first taster of Headie One's debut LP Edna, and is produced by FRED and Toddla T. It also features a vocal sample of M-Dubs' "Bump 'n' Grind" and a sample of the guitar melody from Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Pretty Little Ditty".
The new outing marks the first time he's collaborated with AJ Tracey, and is the second time he's linked with Stormzy after featuring on his Heavy Is The Head track "Audacity".
Edna will be Headie One's first project since releasing his GANG mixtape with Fred again.. in April.
It's been a huge year for the rapper already, having collaborated with the likes of FKA Twigs, Jamie xx, Sampha, and the one of the world's biggest artists, Drake, on his "Only You Freestyle" track from last month.
