Goat Girl release live version of "The Crack"

Goat Girl have unveiled a live version of their latest On All Fours single "The Crack", recorded at The Nunhead Alahambra.

"The Crack" was originally released last month as the second preview of their forthcoming album On All Fours, and today (6 January) the band have kicked off the New Year with a live version of their latest single.

The live version was recorded at The Nunhead Alahambra, and is accompanied by a video directed by Marisa Gesualdi.

Goat Girl said of "The Crack" last month, ""The Crack" emerged from an imagined post-apocalyptic world whereby people flee into space for a new life on an unruined planet, as the result of the pillaging of Planet Earth."

On All Fours will follow Goat Girl's self-titled 2018 debut LP, and is produced by Dan Carey (Kae Tempest, Black Midi, Franz Ferdinand). Goat Girl recorded the album in South London earlier this year.

"The Crack" is out now. Goat Girl's On All Fours album will be released via Rough Trade Records on 29 January 2021, and is available to pre-order now. Goat Girl will play a livestream show from London's Rough Trade East on 27 January. Find out more.
