Glass Animals reveal details of HAZEY remix EP.
Oxford psych-R&B junglists Glass Animals have recently embarked on a mighty expedition across the country in the form of their October tour. To celebrate, they've also released, today (13 October), a remix EP of latest single "Hazey".
The release features mixes by Boody, Gabriel Garzon-Montano and Dark Sky, as well as a refit from Rome Fortune, the hotly-tipped Southern rap sensation.
Explaining how the collaboration came about, frontman and remixer Dave Bayley said:
"Rome actually did the verses over the original track, but when I heard them I thought the music could be made to fit his voice and tone a bit more tightly... we asked him to come on tour with us across the US and it's been wicked. Him joining us on stage keeps us all on our toes."
Have a listen to the rework featuring Atlanta rapper Rome Fortune, then check out the tracklist and tour dates below.
