Franz Ferdinand to play surprise hometown show tomorrow

Franz Ferdinand have announced that they’ll play a surprise, intimate show in their hometown of Glasgow tomorrow (5 March).

The group, who are preparing their fourth album, will perform at Nice N Sleazy’s.

Tickets for the show went on sale yesterday (3 March), available from the venue’s bar only. Unsurprisingly, they sold out within twenty minutes.

The Scottish band, fronted by Alex Kapranos, recently revealed that their new record will feature none other than Veronica Falls singer Roxanne Clifford on guest vocals.
