Frank Ocean to perform at MTV Video Music Awards

The man behind one of the strongest albums of 2012, Frank Ocean is set to perform at this year’s MTV VMAs.

The R&B smoothster is nominated for the Best New Artist accolade and will perform on the night alongside the likes of Rihanna.

Other acts confirmed to take part with a live performance are One Direction, Green Day, Pink, Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift.
