Frank Ocean debuts self-produced instrumentals on new episodes of Blonded Radio
Yesterday (10 July) Frank Ocean shared two new episodes of Blonded Radio on Apple Music 1 to mark the 10th anniversary of his Channel Orange album, and the episodes featured self-produced instrumentals by Frank Ocean.
Yesterday (10 July) Frank Ocean returned with two new episodes of his Apple Music 1 show Blonded Radio. The episode is called "blonded Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds", and is a 35-minnute episode featuring Dr. James Fadiman about psychedelics and microdosing, and is, according to Pitchfork, backed by an instrumental track produced by Frank Ocean.
The second episode, titled "blonded ENERGY!" is a conversation with Master Mingtong Gu about the practice of Qi Gong, and features another instrumental.
As well as sharing the new Blonded Radio episodes, Frank Ocean marked the 10th anniversary of Channel Orange by releasing a new Channel Orange poster and some new Blonded Radio tops.
The latest Blonded Radio uploads mark Frank Ocean's first episodes since last year's Christmas Blonded Radio episode, which also featured new music.
Last month it was reported that Frank Ocean is set to write and direct his first feature-length film, and A24 are reportedly in talks to come on board.
