Fatima Al Qadiri and GAS among names for Simple Things EXT.
Bristol's Simple Things Festival have announced a handful of new events for their separate, experimental EXT. programme this winter.
The main festival took place late last month (it was spectacular) but there's still more to come from the organisers, with three new events taking place in November supported by Arts Council England.
On 14 November there will be An Evening With Bristol Women In Music, with discussions and workshops looking at authenticity, eqaulity, identity, and more.
Later on 23 November Bristol's former IMAX Theatre will see a night of avant-garde noise from Fatima Al Qadiri, who presents the world premiere of live AV show Ja7eem featuring Emmanuel Baird. Pan Daijing is performing the UK premiere of Fist Piece, while Kayla Painter debuts new Infinite show.
GAS (aka Kompakt founder and pioneering producer Wolfgang Voigt) will be making his Bristol debut on 24 November to unfurl a magnificent live, audio-visual feast - this is also taking place in the former IMAX Theatre.
