Emotional Oranges connect with Biig Piig on new song "Body & Soul"
Emotional Oranges have returned with new song "Body & Soul", which sees them team up with Biig Piig.
"Body & Soul" marks Emotional Oranges' second outing of 2021, following January's Chiiild collaboration "Bonafide".
The new track sees the LA duo link with Biig Piig, who returned last month with her first single of 2021, "Cuenta Lo".
"Body & Soul" also arrives as another taster of Emotional Oranges' JUICEBOX project, which will also feature last year's Channel Tres collaboration "All That".
Emotional Oranges say of working with Biig Piig, "We dm'd Jess after hearing her song "Don't Turn Around" and she happened to have just moved to LA from London. We made two dope ideas the first day we got in the studio and have become close ever since - she's an unbelievably talented writer and an overall great human. The "Body & Soul" hook was actually the bridge for the first track we did and we decided to build around that for an entirely new song. The feel good, carefree energy reminds me of "Motion" and "Personal" and I'm glad we were able to bring that back for JUICEBOX."
JUICEBOX is yet to get a release date, but will follow their 2019 project The Juice: Vol. II.
