Elon Musk gave Sheryl Crow advice for her Tesla car problem over Twitter
Sheryl Crow took to Twitter to ask about a problem with her Tesla car, and the company CEO, Elon Musk, decided to reply with some advice.
Elon Musk decided to offer some customer service support to the singer through his own Twitter account.
Sheryl Crow asked if anyone knew how to fix the Tesla screen when it "goes black and the reset doesn’t work?", before Elon Musk offered a few tips directly from his own account, "Change your screen preference from night mode to auto."

After, he went into more detail, "Night mode with 0% brightness is actually too dark during the day. This is ultimately our fault. We will update our software so that 0% brightness is always usable relative to ambient conditions."

Sheryl Crow seemed quite happy with the advice, later quoting his reponse with the caption, "problem solved with that solution after getting to Tesla."

Might I suggest adding some screen controls to the app so that you’re not stuck when the screen goes black? https://t.co/AjGmYnFLZC
