
Elon Musk dropped a tribute rap to gorilla Harambe over the weekend
Tesla CEO Elon Musk launched his music career with a tribute rap to the late gorilla Harambe over the weekend.
Released via Musk's "failed" record label Emo G Records, "RIP Harambe" is Musk's first music release, and landed just before April Fool's Day.
The bizarre ode to the late Cincinnati Zoo gorilla that was shot dead in 2016 features heavy auto-tune over a trap beat with lyrics such as "RIP Harambe / Sippin' on some Bombay / We on our way to heaven / Amen Amen."
The Tesla CEO unveiled his new venture on Twitter, before adding, "I’m disappointed that my record label failed."

Last month Grimes spoke about her partner/ex-partner Musk in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, revealing "he’s a super-interesting goddamn person," before adding, "And look, I love him."
